German detectives say they have discovered an email account linking the main suspect in the disappearance and alleged murder of Maddie McCann to the tragic British boy.

According to police, new evidence conclusively puts convicted pedophile Christian Brueckner in the frame.

The girl disappeared in 2007 while on vacation with her parents and siblings in Portugal.

Brueckner, currently imprisoned in Germany for the rape of an elderly American woman, now faces the strongest evidence yet of his alleged involvement in Maddie’s disappearance, the daily mail reports.

Still, the detectives kept their cards close to their chests.

Det. Titus Stampa did not reveal the emails or offer any details about their contents at a recent German court hearing. He testified that he could not say more because of the evidence’s connection to the murder of three-year-old Maddie.

While Brueckner is the main suspect, he has not yet been charged and has denied any involvement.

“An external hard drive also belongs to the murder case, and I’m not allowed to talk about it,” Stampa said in court.

The Teutonic detective said investigators discovered Brueckner’s second email account that he used to share twisted photos and videos of child abuse. Some of the children were only three or four years old, the Mail reported.

Brueckner, a person of interest in child disappearances and murders across Europe, allegedly deleted the emails in early 2007, before Maddie’s disappearance on May 3, 2007.

“I remember things getting deleted ‘massively’ in the inbox,” Stampa said. “There was nothing there since January 2007.”

But in one of the letters, Stampa testified that Brueckner described a twisted fantasy in which he kidnapped and raped a mother and her five-year-old daughter.

“It was about violence and brutality and sexual abuse,” Stampa said.

The investigation into Maddie McCann collapsed just over a year after her kidnapping. In 2020, Brueckner, who lived near the holiday resort where the McCann family was staying, was named the main suspect.

Brueckner is currently on trial for the alleged rape or sexual abuse of three different women between 2000 and 2006, Mail saying.

Early in the trial, one of Brueckner’s former friends testified that he watched in horror as the scoundrel sexually assaulted a teenage girl in his “rape den.” Brueckner allegedly tied up his victims and filmed the attacks.

“That’s why I think it may have something to do with Maddie,” friend Manfred Seyferth told the court. “He came in and saw her and since she likes young girls (she has a lot of convictions) he took her away.”

Police say Brueckner regularly masturbated in front of children in Portugal.
